How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International delivery times vary by location but usually arrive within 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Are your watches water-resistant?

Most Rosefield watches are 3 ATM water-resistant, meaning they are protected against light splashes and rain. They should not be worn while swimming, showering, or diving.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Rosefield watches and jewelry items are covered by a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
