We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn jewelry and watches. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all protective films and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original Rosefield box and include the completed return form inside the shipping parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
